Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrive in Kathmandu
On arrival, you will be greeted by our representative at the hotel and later transferred to the hotel. Our representative will brief you about the tour program and other check-in formalities. Stroll through the Kathmandu streets and explore the rich heritage. Rest of the day is at leisure and overnight stay is at the hotel.
Day 02 : Visit the famous attractions of Kathmandu
Enjoy a delightful breakfast at your hotel before embarking on a tour of Kathmandu city. Begin with Kathmandu Durbar Square, home to a variety of temples and historical sites including the royal palaces of Basantapur. Explore landmarks like Hanuman Dhoka, the Royal Palace, and the impressive Taleju Temple towering over 40 meters. Wander through the vibrant streets of Thamel for a cultural immersion, visit Buddhist stupas and Hindu temples, and conclude with a visit to the iconic Boudhanath stupa. Optionally, indulge in authentic Nepali cuisine at Bhojan Griha in the evening.
Day 03 : Local tour of the Kathmandu city
Following breakfast at the hotel, begin your day with a visit to the revered Pashupatinath temple, a significant Hindu pilgrimage site and a sacred cremation center. Continue to Patan Durbar Square, renowned for its Newari architecture showcased in palaces, monuments, and artisanal craftsmanship. Optionally, participate in a pottery-making session to delve deeper into Nepalese culture and traditions. Retire for the night at your hotel after a culturally enriching day.
Day 04 : Kathmandu to Pokhara
After a filling breakfast at the hotel, head to the city of Pokhara. Check in to your hotel. Pokhara Valley is one of the best tourist attractions in Nepal because of its spectacular location beside the sterling lake of Phewa. Being a gateway to the Annapurna circuits, it is one of the major and beautiful trails in the Great Himalayas. Interestingly, it has a Tal-Barahi temple which sits on an island amidst the Phewa Lake. Retreat from a tiring journey and relax at your hotel. In the evening, take a local stroll along with the lakeside local markets of Pokhara. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 05 : Leisure day
Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel. The day is left for you to plan some exciting independent activities. Or you can simply relax in your hotel and enjoy its various amenities. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 06 : Naya pal Trek
After breakfast, drive to Nayapul, about 90 minutes away. Obtain the ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Project) entry permit. Begin a moderate 4-5 hour trek covering 13 km from Birethanti to Tikhedhunga at an altitude of 1540m. The trek includes suspension bridges over the Modi Khola River and scenic trails through rice fields. Ascend past Birethanti and Mathathanti to Sudre and Hille. Enjoy a well-deserved dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07 : Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views
Continue your trek to Tikhedhunga, then to Ghorepani at 2874m, covering 12 km in 5-6 hours. Cross a bridge and waterfall, then climb to Ulleri and reach Banthanti for stunning views of Annapurna South and Mount Fishtail. After lunch, trek through oak and rhododendron forests to Deurali, arriving at Ghorepani for dinner and an overnight lodge stay.
Day 08 : Proceed for an excursion to Tadapani
Start your early morning trek to Poon Hill, reaching 3210m, then continue to Tadapani at 2647m. Covering 10 km in 6-7 hours, capture stunning views of Dhaulagiri, Tukuche, and Dhampus Peaks. Return to Ghorepani for breakfast before trekking to Tadapani, stopping at Banthanti for lunch. Enjoy the views of Annapurna, Hiunchuli, and Glacier Domes. Check into the lodge at Tadapani for an overnight stay.
Day 09 : Trek to Ghandruk
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before trekking to Ghandruk, a 3-4 hour, 9 km moderate trek reaching 1980m. Pass through enchanting wildflowers and spot long-tailed monkeys en route. Ghandruk, set against Fishtail, Annapurna South, Gangapurna, Annapurna III, and Hiunchuli peaks, offers a stunning backdrop. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and explore the Annapurna Area Conservation Project, Gurung Museum, and a sheep wool weaving workshop. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the lodge.
Day 10 : Explore Nayapul
From Ghandruk, embark on a moderate 4-5 hour trek covering 15 km to Nayapul, descending 1070m. Pass through terraced fields at Kilo and cross the Sadhu Khola suspension bridge to Modi Khola. Stop at Shaula Bazar for lunch, then continue to Nayapul. Your trek concludes here, followed by a drive back to Pokhara. Check into your hotel and unwind. In the evening, enjoy boating on Phewa Lake, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and stunning scenery.
Day 11 : Explore the Chitwan National Park
After a delectable breakfast, drive towards the land of UNESCO World Heritage reserves, Chitwan. It is home to a very wide array of varieties of plants and wild animals such as leopards, sloth bears, one-horned rhinoceroses, etc. Check in to your hotel and spend the day at leisure. Optionally, you can stop by the Trishul River and enjoy some rafting therapy.
Day 12 : Enjoy the fun filled day at jungle
After breakfast at the hotel, get ready for a day filled with jungle activities. Firstly, go canoeing in the beautiful Rapti River. Enjoy floating on the calm rivers of Nepal in a canoe. Secondly, take a peaceful nature walk in the jungle for an hour and lose yourself in the calmness of nature. Also, learn about some interesting stuff from our trained naturalists. Thirdly, hop aboard the back of an elephant and take a jungle safari while catching close views of wild animals. Elephant safari is the best way to view Rhino and hog deers in Chitwan National Park. Lastly, take a jeep safari around the national park and explore the variety of plants and animals housed here.
Day 13 : Enjoy the local sightseeing's of Kathmandu
After breakfast at the hotel, drive back to the capital city of Kathmandu. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a day of leisure left for your independent activities. You can explore the Kathmandu market and buy some authentic materials as souvenirs for your trip. Or you can visit Thamel again and learn about the Buddhist teachings from the medieval period.
Day 14 : Board your flight for home
After breakfast at the hotel, the morning is at leisure. Later, you will be dropped at the airport for boarding your return flight.
