Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Meeting and assistance on arrival in New Delhi
Our welcome ambassador will greet you at the Delhi International Airport and escort you to the hotel for check-in formalities (Check-in time ranges from 1200-1400 hours, early check-in is subject to availability).
Day 2 Delhi city tour
Your day will start with a tour of Red Fort, a magnificent red sandstone fortress that served as the main residence of Mughal emperors during the 17th century. Later visit Jama Masjid, renowned for its gigantic prayer hall, divided into arched aisles and its extraordinary exterior of sandstone and marble. Thereafter enjoy rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk. You’ll then make one final stop driving through the Lutyens Delhi for a photo-stop at the majestic India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhawan. Later, visit Qutub Minar. It is a victory tower" that forms part of the Qutb complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Return to your hotel after the visits. Your day will end with dinner at the hotel.
Day 3 Drive to Agra & visit Agra Fort
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Agra (approximately 4 hrs drive). Arrive Agra and check-in at the hotel. Afternoon- Visit the Agra Fort, another architectural gem of the Mughal period. An epitome of Hindu and Central Asian style, this marvellous structure served first as a military fortress and later as the residence for Shah Jahan. In the evening head out to have snacks at the Sheroes Hangout Café, run by chemical attack survivors of India, and listen to the stories of their success and positivity. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 Visit Taj Mahal, Fatehpur Sikri and Tiger Documentary show at Ranthambore
Brace yourself for a breath-taking early morning view of the seventh wonder of the world, The Taj Mahal. Experience the beauty of this UNESCO world heritage site and don’t forget to capture the beautiful views. Return to the hotel for a delicious breakfast. Post breakfast, get ready for a 263 km drive to Ranthambore , Rajasthan. Visit Fatehpur Sikri on the way, an ancient fortified city and a UNESCO world heritage site, about one hour away from Agra. With a cluster of red sandstone buildings at its centre, it is adorned with magnificent structures like Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, and Diwan-E-Khas hall with a carved central pillar. Upon arrival check-in at Jungle Villas Resort located at the edge of Ranthambore National Park, built in modern style and exclusively designed for comfort and luxury. In the evening, enjoy a Tiger documentary show on tiger conservation in India followed by dinner and a comfortable stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Wildlife sighting at Ranthambore National Park
Get a chance to closely witness wildlife in its natural habitat. Waterfowl, Marsh Muggers, Pythons, Turtles, Sambha deers, Cheetah, Nilgai, and sometimes Leopards, Sloth Bears, and Tigers can be spotted in the wilderness. The park once served as the hunting ground of the Maharaja of Jaipur and now holds a stable tiger population. Return to the hotel for breakfast. The group can indulge in independent leisure activities for the rest of the day. In the evening, dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 6 Drive to Jaipur and a Visit to Ladli
After a 4-hour drive, arrive Jaipur and visit Ladli, a vocational training centre, where underprivileged children learn skills like jewellery and handicraft making along with subjects like Hindi, English, Art and dance to gain confidence and self-esteem. A visit to the slum children school and Ladli school will fill your day with positivity and an infectious smile. The children there have faced untimely hardships in life, and witnessing their progress is a heart-warming experience. The visit will be followed by dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 Tour the pink city visiting Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal and City Palace
Post breakfast, you’ll visit the awe-inspiring Amber Fort surrounded by fortified establishments sprawled across the Aravali hills. Overlooking a small lake in its compound which ensured a cool breeze to flow and adorned with an array of carefully crafted rooms for the then royal residents, Amber fort will leave you spellbound. Then, a photo stop at the Hawa Mahal or the ‘Palace of Winds’ will make you marvel at its intricate honeycombed structure made of pink and red sandstone. Get a whiff of the luxurious and lavish life of maharajas by visiting the City Palace Museum. An exquisite collection of royal costumes, weapons, ivory artefacts, rich paintings, and rare astronomical works is bound to leave you lightheaded. Later enjoy snacks and Tea at a local restaurant. Your day will end with dinner at the hotel.
Day 8 Drive back to Delhi for departure with assistance
After breakfast at the hotel, drive back to Delhi Airport & connect for your onward International flight.
