Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival at Kochi
Upon arrival at Kochi International Airport, you will be greeted and escorted by the representative to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Kochi or Cochin in Kerala is known to display a blend of different people and architecture, and it is a place where you can see Portuguese churches, Jewish synagogue, Mosques, Dutch architecture, Hindu temples and Chinese fishing nets all in a day. This enticing city has served as a popular port for more than 600 years and is known for its diverse architecture and museums, religious monuments, cafes, galleries, and antique shops. Day 2 : Kochi to Alleppey
After breakfast, enjoy the city tour by visiting the following places - Dutch Palace: Built by the Portuguese originally, later on, it was modified by the Dutch and presented it to the Raja of Kochi. The palace has a superb collection of mural paintings portraying scenes from the Hindu classics Ramayana and Mahabharatha. Day 3 : Full day sightseeing Alleppey

Day 5 : Full day sightseeing Munnar

Day 6 : Munnar to Palani hills
Expanding over the stunning states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, the Palani Hills are a mountain range known for their lush natural beauty and mild climate. This place is home to a range of diverse fauna and flora. The landscape is characterized by undulating hills covered in dense jungles and grasslands. Visitors can trek in the forested hill-slopes and climb Vandaravu, the highest peak in the Palani hills. Day 9 : Madurai to Chettinad

Day 15 : Puducherry to Mahabalipuram
Chennai is the capital city of Tamil Nadu and is one of India’s cultural, financial, and tourism hubs. Tourist spots include the city’s museums, beaches, historical sites, and shopping areas, especially the centrally located Kapaleeshwar Temple – a historical holy place to the God Shiva, featuring showily decorative towers covered with colourful carvings. This place also has ancient rock-carved temples at Mahabalipuram, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guindy National Park is another tourist spot, which is home to an array of reptiles, birds, and mammals. Day 16 : Mahabalipuram to Chennai

A few activities that you can participate in are mentioned below: Shore Temple - This stunning and idealistic temple, devastated by sea and wind, represents the final segment of Pallavas art and was constructed in the late 7th century during the rule of Rajasimha. It is said that there were seven such temples, six of them were prey to the natural elements of corrosion. This temple has three shrines; one devoted to Lord Vishnu and the other two to Lord Shiva. The foamy waves form a striking backdrop to the temple, guarded by rows of rock-carved bulls. The most distinctive feature of the temple is that it houses temples to both Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva. Arjuna's Penance - Carved in respite on the face of a huge rock, Arjuna's Penance is the legendary story of the River Ganges issuing from its source high in the Himalaya. The board portrays deities, animals, and other semi-heavenly creatures, a tale from the Panchatantra, and Arjuna doing preparation to get a boon from Shiva. Five Rathas - These are the architectural samples of all Dravidian temples, showing the impressive Vimanas and gopurams; sculptured walls and multi pillared halls, which dominate the background of Tamil Nadu.
Day 17 : End of the Itinerary
After breakfast, get transferred to the Chennai International airport to board flight for your onward destination or return journey back home.
